General Healthcare Concierge (GHC)
For attending to patients, mobility support, pre and post natal Nanny care etc. These professionals are verified ANM, GNM, Midwifery and other diploma holders who undergo concierge training at HealOn Academy.
Clinical Healthcare Concierge (CHC)
For clinical care needs such as IV & injections, vitals monitoring and medication management. These professionals are verified Staff Nurses and GNM/BSc Nursing graduates who undergo concierge training at HealOn Academy.
Specialized Healthcare Concierge (SHC)
For advanced and long-term care needs such as dementia care, Alzheimer's care and palliative & terminal care. These professionals are verified nurses and caregivers with specialized training in geriatric and palliative care who undergo concierge training at HealOn Academy.
HealOn Academy recruits verified care professionals like Nurses, Attendants and Nannys and trains them for hospitality and clinical rigour.
With over 35 procedures, patients and their families can heal in the comfort of their homes. Users get a dedicated care manager and can book services via HealOn App, Web or a phone call. Users can view care sessions via HealOn App's Secure Interaction Management System (SIMS) for peace of mind.
